Thank you for shopping with PC Pulse. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we strive to provide a transparent, reliable, and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order or claiming a service.

1. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-functional item, please contact our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will guide you through the return process for a full replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange to dispatch the correct item and collect the incorrect one.
Product Condition: All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original brand box, packaging, invoice, and all included accessories or manuals.

Note: Customized or specially ordered items cannot be returned unless they are verified as defective upon arrival.

2. How to Process a Return & Refund

Initiating a Return: To start a return request, please contact our customer care team at +8801618037243 or email us at pcpulse24@gmail.com. Please pack the item securely to avoid any damage during courier transit.
Refund Timeline: Once the returned product is received and inspected by our technical team, your refund or replacement will be processed. Approved refunds will be sent via the original payment method or mobile banking/bank transfer within 5 to 10 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed or handed over to the courier. Please call our helpline immediately to request cancellation.
Cancellation After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. You must follow the standard return process after delivery, and applicable return courier fees may be charged.

4. Warranty Claim Rules

Processing Duration: Complete testing and warranty processing for any hardware or IT component may take 10 to 15 working days (or up to 20 working days for complex issues).
Working Days & Closed Days: Warranty services and claims are processed strictly on official business days. Services remain closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.
Claim Requirements: To claim warranty service, the customer must present the original cash memo/invoice along with the defective product and its original packaging box.

5. Price & Stock Disclaimer

Due to international supply changes and market fluctuations in the IT and electronics industry, product prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are strongly advised to contact our customer support to confirm current stock and exact pricing prior to placing an order.
